‘Would the people in the cheaper seats clap your hands. And the rest of you, if you’ll, just rattle your jewellery’
John Lennon’s typically acerbic comment at the Royal Variety Performance in 1963 is probably one of the most memorable moments in the event’s history. Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been asking you to show us your jewellery creations inspired by the latest Windsor shindig. From the look of all your fabulous makes, it looks like there’ll be a lot more jewellery rattling than clapping on Friday 29th April!
This time on the Reader’s Gallery, we’re awarding Bobbie Le Page a £10 online gift voucher. We loved her heart shaped, red, white and blue earrings which managed to be both romantic and patriotic! Thanks for all your great entries and sorry if you didn’t make it into the gallery this time. The next theme will be Occasions. We’re looking for all your lovely, celebratory designs for weddings, christenings etc. Please email creative@beadsunlimited.co.uk or post up your photos on our facebook wall.
