I did actually have a problem with my last order but when i rang the people there were fantastic and righted the problems i had, even letting me keep the things i had a problem with and shipping me the replacement for free! the service and quality is fantastic and I couldn’t reccomend a better website to purchase beads from!

A fantastic bead shop both online and in Brighton. Tons of variety at reasonable prices. Customer services reps are amazing. I love being able to phone and get hold of a real person to answer queries, none of that dialling the number and having to go through press 1 for this and 2 for that!! Staff emit creativity and flair together with professionalism and friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble for them no matter how big or small your query is. Keep it up. You are by far the best bead shop!!

I loved the bead shop in Brighton when I lived there and moved a few years ago and only just realised that this website is the same as the shop. Love the prices and the selection that you get from them. I have been in a lot of other shops and they don’t offer the vast amount of beads and what they do offer are always more expensive for half the amount of beads. So I am soooooooo glad that I have come to my senses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just a hobby beader, who just likes to make things for myself. I was buying all my items off eBay and from Hobby Craft because I didn’t know any different. One day I was on my laptop, I had all my beads around me and some of the stuff I had bought from Hobby Craft were still wrapped in its packaging and I noticed it was from Beads Unlimited so I though ‘hey why not look at the website’….I wish I had done so earlier, they are miles cheaper, their service is impeccable and their catalogue is now my bead bible. Their website I admit could be a little better but their products and services are legendary! Whenever someone asks me now where I buy my items I always say…..BEADS UNLIMITED. I have only ordered once as I used to go to this bead shop in my village but me and my family were ripped off. Now I can simply go onto the website,select the things I want,then finally type in my credit card number and then it will be through the door within a few days. Well done, you’re service is great. The only slight comment I would make is I tend to think of designs based on colour, and sometimes the ranges can be limited.
Beads Unlimited was the place where I could find the unusual, including the beads used by “Mr Lucet” on the create and craft channel (freeview 36) when he demostrated his lucet and what you could do with beading.
I was happy to find the fubber spikey beads that he used, they are very quirky and unusual
