I was always a Trekker and never a Trekkie!

  8. BeadsUnlimited on Tuesday January 19, 2010

Our apologies Daisy! Is that a step up from a trekkie?

  9. Daisy on Wednesday January 20, 2010

No. It was something started by the press when we used to attend British Trek convention. It was said to be little us. Trekkies sounds so belittling. When I used to go to these events we were always called Trekkers.

I could go on but shall not as it would probably bore you to tears.

Thanks Daisy! Now we know we’ll never make such a faux pas again!
